This is a standard-duty and flexible cord with a standard PC male connector on each end and and an HH (household) connector on the other.

It can be use to connect cameras to Novatron studio flash units, most Speedotron studio flash units, Dynalite studio flash units, some Norman units, some Lumedyne, some Quantum, Sunpak 555, Honeywell Strobonars, and many other flash units that use the HH connector.  (See the photograph of the flash connector for reference).
