This cable will allow a Pocket Wizard to remotely fire the shutter of the cameras cited below (see list).  This cable is sometimes referred to as a "Motor Drive Cable" or a "Pre-Release Cable".

The cable is heavy-duty and approximately 54 inches (135 cm) long and has a secure metal locking collar.

This cable has a switch.  This allows the pre-release condition to the camera to be turned off.  In the off position, the camera's controls can be conveniently adjusted without the need to unplug the cable from the camera.

Supported Nikon Cameras:

• D80
• D70s (Please note: this cord will not fit the D70 without the "s" designation)
